“Environment” participates in the Korea International Water Week 2023 to contribute to developing inspiring solutions to water challenges regionally and internationally
The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture participated in the Korea International Water Week 2023, which was held under the slogan “Sustainable Water Management for Man and Nature,” and its activities will continue during the period from (6-9) of this December.
This came with a delegation headed by the Undersecretary for Water, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Shaibani, and a number of specialists. To contribute with stakeholders at the global level in developing inspiring solutions to water challenges at the regional and international levels.
The “Environment” participation in the Korea International Water Week aims to participate in developing practical plans to implement water solutions, and to focus on conducting extensive discussions on how to pursue these solutions in the long term, which contributes to developing a common global vision that is consistent with the sustainable development goals of the United Nations, and is compatible with... Also with Saudi Vision 2030.
The Ministry's delegation reviewed with its Korean counterpart ways to enhance joint cooperation in modern technologies in water management and treatment. The delegation also met with a number of officials, specialists and heads of companies working in the water fields.
