His Excellency the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Engineer Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Fadhli, inaugurated the Masar Program for Digital Excellence, which provides integrated technical solutions for the sectors of the environment, water and agriculture system, in line with the Kingdom’s digital strategy and the sectoral strategies of the system to achieve digital transformation in accordance with the goals of Vision 2030.
